RETURNS

Our unlimited monthly membership enables you to exchange your items as frequently as you’d like. You can return all or part of your case anytime in the prepaid shipping bag we include. We'll send your case as soon as we get notification that you have selected your new items. Please promptly drop-off your returning items with the appropriate carrier so they are available for other members to enjoy. 

PURCHASES

To purchase an item, go to your account page and click the "Buy Now" button below the garment(s) you want. Please note: All purchases are final and discounts, if any, are subject to change in amount and availability.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Regular wear and tear is included in your monthly subscription. Irreplaceable damage, lost items, and theft aren't included. In those cases, you'll be charged 100% of the member price.

PAYMENTS

Your membership starts when you sign up at www.armoire.style and agree to our terms and conditions. Armoire is a membership service and will auto-renew unless you cancel. You can cancel your month to month subscription at any time.

CANCELLATIONS

There are no hidden contracts or tricks. If you need to stop your membership at any time, sign into your account and elect to cancel your membership so you will not be charged for the next month. As long as we receive your rented items back within 1 week after your rental period ends, you will not be charged. If you elect to keep items after your membership has been cancelled, you will be charged the current member price for that item. Please note, while subscriptions are non-refundable, we do allow members to pause and return later.
