RETURNS

Our unlimited monthly membership enables you to exchange your items as frequently as you’d like. You can choose to swap all or part of your case with each exchange.

Our capsule membership allows you to exchange your items monthly. For your exchange you can choose to swap all or part of your case.

We'll send your next case as soon as you select your new items. Please drop-off the items you chose to return with the appropriate carrier within 24 hours of delivery of your new case, or a bonus item fee may be charged for each late item. A prepaid shipping bag is always included for your convenience.

PURCHASES

You have the option to purchase items that you love. To purchase an item, go to your Armoire home screen and click the "Buy Now" button below the garment(s) you want. Please note: All items for purchase are as-is and final sale. Discounts, if any, are subject to change in amount and availability.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Regular wear and tear, such as minor stains, rips, missing embellishments, stuck zippers or other minor damage, is included in your subscription. Irreplaceable damage, lost items, and theft aren't included. In those cases, you'll be charged 100% of the member price.

PAYMENTS

Your membership starts when you sign up at www.armoire.style and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Armoire is a membership service and will auto-renew unless cancelled or paused. Auto-renewal applies to all monthly and prepaid plans. Your card on file will be charged on the day and time of your initial subscription. You authorize us to continue your subscription automatically, charged monthly to the payment method provided until you cancel.  You are responsible for adding hi@armoire.style to your email address book to ensure you receive account related reminders from Armoire. Armoire is not responsible for email communications that go to spam.

Pauses

To pause your Monthly subscription, log into your account and select ‘Skip a Month’. As long as you request a pause at least 1 day before your billing cycle ends, your pause will take effect at the start of your next bill cycle. If we do not receive your outstanding items before the end of your pause, you will be unable to extend your pause.

Once your pause is over, your subscription will resume on your billing date. If you unpause early, your billing date will move to the day you unpause and your payment method on file will immediately be charged. We will send you an email reminder 7 days before your pause is set to expire in case you need to skip another month.

To pause your Prepay subscription, log into your account and select ‘Skip a Month’. Your membership will be paused immediately and will resume 30 days from the time you paused. If we do not receive your outstanding items before the end of your pause, you will be unable to extend your pause.

Once your pause is over, your subscription will resume and your billing date will be moved 30 days into the future.

CANCELLATIONS

You can choose to cancel your membership at any time by selecting to cancel within My Account. As long as you cancel at least 1 day before your billing cycle ends and we have received and processed all your items, your cancellation will take effect before your next bill cycle.

If you elect to keep items after your membership has been canceled, you will be charged the full member sale price for each item, plus any applicable processing and restocking fees.
